MENINGITIS RESEARCH FOUNDATION - CHINA TREK
October 3rd 2003
In October of this year Tiggy and CJ Holmes participated in The Great Wall of China Trek in aid of the Meningitis Research Foundation (Registered Charity No 1091105). The Challenge entailed nine consecutive days of strenuous walking and climbing of sections of the Great Wall; on average, they covered a distance of 12 miles per day. They did very well and raised a large amount of money.
Go HERE to see some photos and info on the walk by Kathryn Hearn who was another member of the group.
