Pantomime Audition Notice
Auditions, for chorus
and principals, to take part in PVADS' 2006 Pantomime on 13th/14th and 20th/21st
January will be held as follows:-
Chorus Audition: 2:00pm, Saturday 08-OCT-2005
Principals' Audition: 10:00am, Sunday 09-OCT-2005
In the Bouverie
Hall, North Street, Pewsey.
"1001 Arabian Nights" is a modern and very
funny script, which is very much in the traditional pantomime mould that is so
much loved by Pewsey audiences.
Produced by Andy Vowles with a new team
of director, Dominic Murray and choreographer, Vicky Underwood this promises to
be another energetic production..
Congratulations to Mark Spanswick, Brian German and Tiggy Holmes for putting together
the colourful 'Pantomania' float which won 3rd Prize in Category 4.
Both
Brian and Mark dedicated so much time to put this together with the help of an
enthusiastic painting team - it was good to see all their efforts rewarded

There
are 3 One Act Plays to appeal to all tastes:- an historical comedy 'Time and Rosemary'
performed by the Youth Theatre, a thriller 'The Walking Dead' to make your hearts
race and an excruciatingly funny farce by the renowned playwright Peter Schaffer
called ' Black Comedy'.
All plays are directed by Martin Clifton and Nettie

A cheese supper will be served during the interval and wine/ drinks
will be available before performance and at interval.
