My all time favourite.  

The show was the second longest running musical in history (2nd only to CATS) and opened its doors in March 1984, closing them finally in January 2002. 

The show was totally revamped once and I have to say that both versions were fantastic.

Fast paced, electric, blues, jazz, rap and up-tempo beats with of course the total fascination of watching people sing and dance on roller-skates.

Funny, sad, and totally over the top - Starlight was one of a kind and I, for one, was very sad to see it go.

film it with the original cast
and open it again!!!
