Last Friday, along with
others, I enjoyed Caught in the Net, a very well acted, funny play. Well
done to everyone in the cast - if you went there feeling miserable you came
out feeling a whole lot better, it was a laugh from start to finish, just
what was needed in view of the miserable weather we have had lately. Well
done again to each and every one of you - more please of the same. Look
forward to next years production. Hopefully more people will come to give
you the support you richly deserve.

Well done to all of you in "Caught
in the Net". As you know I don't usually sit in. Having seen various parts
during the week back stage I laughed but Sat night was a great performance
& we thoroughly enjoyed it. Pomp on Sunday kept referring to bits & killing
himself laughing thats when you know it worked. WELL DONE!

Congratulations to all the cast
of 'Caught in the Net' The acting was first class yet again and the play
was hilarious from start to finish.
I never like to single people out as the whole cast make a show but well
done to Simone and Darren i thought you both were absolutely brillant both
totally wrapped in your characters.
Once again well done to everyone involved just hope that those who didn't
bother to support you realise what they missed - a real gem.

I watched Thursday nights performance of Caught in the Net in fits of giggles.
I could not believe how great it was and would like to say a big CONGRATULATIONS
to all those involved.
Everyone performed brilliantly and i think a special mention should be given
to Darren and John who were incredibly convincing in their roles (slightly
worrying maybe!!!)
Well done to everyone - the hard work really paid off.

*** STAR REVIEW ***
"PVADS gave a brilliant performance of Ray
Cooney's ambitious comedy, well produced and directed with perfect timing
and strongly acted. The actors delivered the necessary humour and facial
expressions - when actions speak louder than words.
Darren Little's body language was superb, Simone Lay, as always, gave her
talent full rein, John Lavis was a convincing bigamist and Annette Powell
gave a strong performance.
The two supporting roles, Emilie Hay and Alec Clapperton, were well played
and Martin Clifton was ideally cast, taking on the mantle of old age with
ease.
The group deserves better support from villagers.
Time, dedication and effort of this type should play to a packed house,
instead of empty seats. The people of Pewsey should show their appreciation
of local talent and dedication such as this.
Well done, a refreshing evening of fun and laughter."
