Junior Production Fri/Sat, 15/16 October
The first audition drew a very good response
and we wait to see what the second will generate. Nettie Powell has been interviewed
on local radio to describe the project and the opportunities it offers to
youngsters in and around the Pewsey area.
Three plays have been chosen, all with very different acting and production
challenges. It is excellent news that we will have enough people and indeed
enough raw talent, to do full justice to them all .
We are still looking for people
interested in building the float and also people interested in manning the
float in the procession. Anyone with ideas is invited to announce their interest
to any committee member.
Tiggy Holmes has taken on the organisation of the next theatre trip. It has been suggested that we go to see the World Premier of Mary Poppins in Bristol. This could turn out to be another classic show like Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, let's get in on the ground floor and see it before it ever reaches the West End! If you are interested, please let Tiggy know on (01672) 563735, so she has an idea of the numbers to be accommodated.
