Happy New Year

A Very Happy New Year to all our supporters. We have a busy programme of events lined up throughout the year, starting with a fantastic pantomime Sing a song of sixpence starting this Friday. Tickets (£7, £5) are on sale now at the Bouverie Hall or tel 01672 810436 or are available on the door. This promises to be spectacular with amazing sets and costumes. Please support this traditional family pantomime.

Safety Stewards For Panto

Jo German is still looking for one or two helpers for fire watching/ refreshments for panto. Please contact Martin on 810436 if you can help out.

URGENT:- One Act Play Festival - Auditions

We will be holding auditions THIS SUNDAY (14th Jan) at the Bouverie Hall from 4.30pm for the adult entry for the Harold Joliffe One Act Play Festival in Swindon.

If you are interested please come along - we have a couple of possible plays to do depending on turn out. Call either Martin on 810436 or Nettie 562248 if you are not available but would like to be considered.

The festival runs from February 22nd to 24th and you would need to be available for those dates and quite a hectic rehearsal schedule.

The Youth Theatre play is currently in rehearsal and will be quite a challenge for the two characters played by Kate Powell and Alex Cuff, two of our most talented young actresses. The play is based around an audition for 2 young actresses for roles in a play about a mistress and her maid who are disturbingly locked in a room.

Spring Play

We will be auditioning at the end of January for this year's Spring Play. Please make a note of the dates in your diaries and contact either Nettie or Martin if you are interested in either back stage or acting involvement.

We are looking at various scripts at the moment from thrillers to farces. If you have any particular requests please let us know - we like a challenge!!!

Musical

We are pleased to announce this years musical is to be 'Hello Dolly'. Watch this space for audition notices in July.

The musical has some great numbers and should prove an exciting challenge. June Amor and Tiggy Holmes will be directing.

AGM

Please make a note of this year's AGM to be held at the Royal Oak, Pewsey on April 3rd at 8pm.
