It is with great sadness that
I have to report that Tony Amor died, at home, on the evening of Saturday
10th January, 2004.
Tony had become very ill with a resurgence of the illness that he survived
a decade ago.
Our thoughts are with June and the family at this difficult time.

JACK & THE BEANSTALK
This show starts next week
and tickets are on sale now.
It's important that we re-fill our coffers after making some big charitable
donations this year, so please support PVADS by coming to see the show and
encouraging others to do the same.
The Bouverie Hall Box Office is open between 10:00am and Noon, six days per

ONE ACT PLAY COMPETITION
& TOUR
Six people attended the audition
and two different plays were read through.
We chose "Piste Off", by Paul Beard, which is a very funny, quick-fire comedy
about two couples sharing a budget-price ski chalet, in a resort where there
is no snow. Tensions rise in the morning. . . . .
Wish us luck when we perform
in the competition on Friday 27 or Saturday 28 February (to be confirmed).
Martin Clifton's offer to
produce the Spring Play has been accepted by the committee.
Martin is currently our most experienced director/producer and has a number
of very successful plays to his credit.
We all look forward to another big show to start the PVADS year rolling after
the AGM in April
PVADS' AGM will be held upstairs
in the Royal Oak on Tuesday 2nd April, 2004. Further, official, notice will
be given nearer the time
