G'day Well the few days i spent in Brrome were absolutely great - met some good people and we drank FAR too much and had lots and lots of fun, spent most of the time chilling out by the pool - which had a bar and generally taking the p*ss out of each other!

Night before we left we went on a sunset camel ride on Cable beach which was 'awesome' although i kept thinking i was going to fall off when we went over the sand dunes!! So then it was back on to the mini bus (luckily the air conditioning worked on this one) to begin the four day trip to Darwin.

Headed out of Broome over Fitzroy river to Fitzroy crossing and our campsite - nice! Dont think i have been in a tent for about 10 years and think i can now happily go another 10 before venturing in to one again. You see the main trouble, apart from the millions of insects that can kill you of course, is the fact that the tent was hotter than an oven and could quite easily have been used to cook a roast dinner!

Anyhoo, stuff dumped we headed to Geikie Gorge national Park and went on a two hour boat cruise which was excellent, stopped off and walked in to the bush to have a cup of tea (as if i wasn't hot enough already) and a group of Aborigines told us about their traditions, beliefs and different stories. Finally clambered in to bed (if you can call it that) to have the most amazing storm break, is the wierdest sensation to be stuck in rain like you couldn't imagine with endless thunder and orange lightning to still be sweating like a pig!

Next morning we headed to Halls Creek and Turkey Creek before going on a helicopter over the Bungle Bungles. First time ever in a chopper and was amazing, felt very sick towards the end but i think that might have had more to do with the large bag of Doritos i ate before getting on than anything else! Was very glad to have been sitting in the squashed seat in the back so that i did in fact have a door - why oh why do they not have doors on the front, i mean for god sake you are up in the air and there is no door - don't get that in the slightest!

After yet MORE driving we had a walk round Mirimar National Park and then spent the night in Kununurra. Next day and more adventures - another boat trip, this time on beautiful Lake Argyle before waving goodbye to WA and entering the Northern Territory. Spent an evening in Katherine before heading off for the final leg to Darwin. Went to falls in Nitmiluk National Park then to Litchfield National Park to Wangi Falls, Florence Falls and the Magnetic Termite Mounds.

For some reason i got possesed by aliens again and got in the water with more bloody fish - that is till one came a bit too close to sucking on my leg so i screamed and legged it to the dry land. It kinda puts you off swimming a tad when there are lots of signs to say that crocodiles are present - they may only be fresh water ones but that is bad enough in my opinion - i have absolutely no intention to share any kind of area with a croc thanks.

Arrived in Darwin and met up with Dad and Sal which was great, lovely to see them - cant believe it has been nearly 8 months - doesn't time fly when you are having fun!!! After having a couple of beers with them i went out to meet the guys from my bus for our final night out on the piss together and holy poo was it a good night (apologies to all those who received drunken phone calls and texts but at least you have all had a break from it for a while!) The night was mad, won lots of free drinks for the best dancing on the table and drank VERY silly drinks - you see somethings really do never change, and this is exactly what dad and Sal pointed out the next morning when i was sitting immobilised thinking i was going to die and promising never to drink again!!!

Yesterday we went to the Crocodile park which was good, although am now SO over crocs and never wish to see another one again - god they are evil bastards, were being told what to do if one attacks you in the wild. Personally i think i would rather let him just eat me, it seems a lot better option that putting my arm in his throat or pushing his eyeballs back in to his brain!!!

Have just been to say goodbye to the last few fellow travellers that were here and thinking about spending the afternoon lying by the pool. On wednesday me, dad and Sal are collecting a campervan to do a 3 weeks trip of the outback - ROADTRIP BABY!!!

Are travelling to Kakadu National Park, down to Alice Sprins, Uluru and over to Cairns. Although....as i cant drive here i am supposedly navigator and anyone who has ever seen me look at a map book will know that we may be taking lots of detours!! Can't wait though, should be great fun - just hope we don't end up killing each other!

Right peeps, now for the bad news (although some of you may think it's good) but i have now decided not to return next month, as much as i am missing you all, i am having far too much fun so have decided to stay till the end of my visa - which in all fairness is not actually much longer so you shall be seeing me soon anyway.

Have decided to stay in Sydney for Crimbo and New year and then hopefully do a bit more travelling before returning in March - although this may all be VERY wishful thinking after having just checked my bank balance! Although i must state please do not under any circumstances feel that this means one less crimbo pressie to buy as will be more than happy to receive them on my return!!!!!!!!

So my little love bunnies, that is about all, attached is a picture of the Friday night Darwin pissheads, thanks to everyone who has sent me emails recently, missing you all heaps and shall write again soon. oodles and oodles of love Ceej xx-xxxx
