Darren trained in Drama at Salisbury College for four years, appearing in many plays with the Out of Pocket Theatre Company. During this time he had the opportunity to work with David Yates, the Director of the next Harry Potter film - The Order Of The Phoenix. He graduated in 2000 and since then he has been a founding member of The Fun Factory Theatre Company which travelled Wiltshire before going on to a successful run at the Edinburgh Festival. He has been an active member of PVADS for eleven years, performing in Pantomimes, Musicals and Tavern, but he's happiest when taking on a role in the Spring Plays or One Act Festivals where he won Best Actor in a lead role in 2004. Darren also took on the mantle of Producer/Director for the 2003 Carnival Feast Ball and 2004's years Tavern. Darren has made a name for himself playing various comedy roles within the Society and continues to perform in the Theatre on a regular basis. "As long as the audience leaves a performance with a smile, I feel that I've done my job".
